A 25-year-old youth was shot and injured for resisting a robbery attempt in the Kashmir Colony area of Mehmoodabad on Tuesday.
According to officials, the victim, identified as Adil Ali, son of Muharram Ali, was injured by gunfire from the assailants during the violent incident.
Rescue workers shifted the injured person to a nearby hospital for immediate medical attention.
