Pakistan and Bangladesh have reiterated their pledge to enhance bilateral ties, emphasising a shared objective of promoting regional peace and prosperity amid current global developments.
According to an official report today, the affirmation was formalised during a telephonic discussion between Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar and Bangladesh”s Foreign Adviser, Md. Touhid Hossain.
During their dialogue, the two officials assessed the state of Pakistan-Bangladesh relations, with a particular focus on trade and economic partnership.
Perspectives on the prevailing international and regional landscape were also shared between the two sides.
Both dignitaries highlighted the critical importance of sustained engagement to effectively advance mutual interests.
