The Ministry of Communications has launched the ‘Automation of Post Office Project’ to spearhead the transition, which is being financed by the Export-Import Bank of Korea.

The project’s central objective is to convert the organisation’s predominantly manual operations into a fully integrated, digital framework.

This technological overhaul is expected to substantially enhance core functions, including mail management, financial services, and internal administration, while also improving capabilities such as parcel tracking for customers.
