Leaders of prominent Shia organizations, during major protest demonstrations held in the city today, accused the United States and Israel of attempting to eliminate Islam through “the martyrdom of the Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.”
A large rally, organized by a coalition of various groups including the Shia Ulema Council Khairpur, Shia Rabita Council Khairpur, and Jafaria Alliance Khairpur, marched from Anjuman-e-Haideri to Chhatri Chowk to condemn American and Israeli aggression in Iran.
The demonstration was led by several prominent figures, including Allama Zahoor Rohani, Chaudhry Syed Muhammad Mutahir Zaidi, and Allama Ansar Saqlain Mashhadi.
Addressing the participants, the speakers stressed that the United States and Israel’s notion that they can erase the faith is a “misconception.” They declared that Islam will endure and their path cannot be stopped by martyrdom, which they described as their “inheritance” from Karbala.
The leaders called for unity among the Muslim Ummah, warning that without solidarity, Muslim countries would fall one by one victim to American and Israeli designs. They urged all Muslim countries to consolidate their strength to counter the “Jewish lobby.”
