Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan Releases New Currency Rates

Karachi: The Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan has announced new currency rates, revealing fluctuations in the buying and selling values of several major international currencies against the local currency. The announcement includes updated rates for the U.S. dollar, euro, British pound, Japanese yen, UAE dirham, and Saudi riyal.

According to Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan, the U.S. dollar is being bought at 279.38 and sold at 280.33. The euro is listed at a buying rate of 319.89 and a selling rate of 323.67. The British pound shows a buying value of 370.33 and a selling price of 374.32. The Japanese yen's rates stand at 1.72 for buying and 1.79 for selling. The UAE dirham is being bought at 75.75 and sold at 76.78, while the Saudi riyal is available at a buying rate of 73.85 and a selling rate of 74.84. The interbank rates for the U.S. dollar are noted to be 279.27 for buying and 279.47 for selling.

These updated rates reflect the ongoing changes in the foreign exchange market, impacting various sectors of the economy. The new rates are critical for traders, businesses, and financial institutions engaged in international transactions.
