In the local gold market on Monday, the price of gold per tola saw a significant decrease of 4,900 rupees, after which its current price became 501,162 rupees. This important adjustment reflects broader trends in the precious metals sector.

Similarly, the value of ten grams of gold also saw a decline of 4,201 rupees, after which its price became 429,665 rupees.

Internationally, the price of the yellow metal also recorded a decrease, with the per ounce price falling by 49 dollars to reach 4,788 dollars. This global trend often affects local commodity rates.

In a related development, the price of silver per tola in the country also recorded a decrease of 145 rupees. The price of the precious white metal per tola is now 8,417 rupees.
