Meeting of active workers of Pakistan Peoples Party with Sardar Abdul Rahim, joining Pakistan Muslim League Functional

Several leaders and workers of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) from Keamari District have joined the Pakistan Muslim League Functional (PML-F) today, expressing regret over the deprivation of basic amenities to the public in their area. The announcement was made during a meeting with PML-F Sindh General Secretary Sardar Abdul Rahim at the Functional League House Clifton.

The delegation, which included prominent figures such as Noor-ul-Amin, Usman, and Azeem, expressed their dissatisfaction with the PPP administration, accusing them of neglecting basic amenities in Keamari District. The basic infrastructure of the area, including roads and drainage systems, is reportedly in a dire state, causing residents to face difficulties in healthcare and educational services. Local youth, despite having degrees, allegedly face challenges in obtaining employment due to corruption in job appointments.

Criticizing the PPP government, Sardar Abdul Rahim accused it of embezzling millions of rupees allocated for development projects and allowing the scourge of drugs to flourish in the district. He praised the decision of the new members, which aligns with the PML-F philosophy of “United Sindh, Strong Pakistan,” aiming to include individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Other PML-F leaders, including Waqar Jatt and Nazir Ahmed Rind, were present at the meeting, endorsing Rahim’s views and urging party workers to intensify their public outreach efforts in preparation for the upcoming local elections. Rahim emphasized the importance of electing honest and service-oriented representatives to address the critical issues faced by the residents of Keamari District.

PML-F, which prides itself on corruption-free leadership, intends to actively participate in the local elections, aiming to bring change in the district through transparent governance and improved public services.
