The Pakistan Stock Exchange saw a significant increase on Tuesday, the second trading day of the business week, as the market index experienced a remarkable rise of 3,553 points.
As a result of this dramatic increase, the Hundred Index crossed three key levels and closed at 180,392 compared to the previous day’s closing of 177,039, which is a notable increase.
A total of 564 companies’ shares were traded. Among them, the share prices of 304 companies increased, while 165 companies saw a decline in their share prices, indicating a predominantly positive trend in the market.
