Pakistan Awami Tehreek’s successful officials in the intra-party elections, Rao Kamran Mahmood, President, and Ilyas Mughal, have said that all political parties must work together for the country’s construction and development.
This statement was made today by Rao Kamran Mahmood and Ilyas Mughal on Wednesday upon assuming office.
The newly elected officials were congratulated by a delegation consisting of Fakhar Abbas Kashmiri of the Pakistan Peoples Party Azad Kashmir, Mashkoor Mughal, former Information Secretary of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Azad Kashmir Karachi, and Peerzada Mahmood-ul-Hassan of Millat Kashmir Human Rights.
Other dignitaries included Safeer Mughal, Zahoor Mughal, Syed Zahid Bukhari, Gul Zaman Mughal, Arshad Minhas, and Khushal Ahmed Butt, who jointly praised the electoral process.
The delegation described the party elections as “the beauty of democracy,” stating that such exercises counter authoritarian tendencies within political structures and promote democratic thinking.
In a final appeal for unity, the delegation stressed that all political parties should work together for the country’s development and prosperity.
