The literary world today observed the 44th death anniversary of a great figure of Urdu poetry, Josh Malihabadi, who is known for his revolutionary spirit and popularity among the youth.
Born in 1898 in Malihabad, India, Shabbir Hasan Khan rendered valuable services to Urdu poetry.
Awarded the titles “Poet of the Revolution” and “Poet of Youth”, which solidified his position as an influential voice in the literary history of the subcontinent.
His impactful and passionate poetry gained immense fame.Apart from poetry, Malihabadi’s prose work Yaadon ki Baaraat is considered a well-known work even today.
