Addressing a protest demonstration of the residents of Jhal Magsi held outside Quetta Press Club here on Tuesday, he said that during the years 1959, 1972 and 1977, land reforms were introduced in the country, but regretfully, land reforms had not been implemented in district Jhal Magsi of Balochistan province despite lapse of considerable period of time.
