In a bid to enhance public convenience, Minister for Information Technology Shaza Fatima Khawaja has announced that the City Islamabad App now offers over 150 citizen services.
During televised remarks, she detailed the digital services available, including those from the Excise Department, Higher Education Commission, and the Federal Board.
Khawaja highlighted plans for future expansion of the app’s offerings to further improve transparency and governance. She stressed the app’s role in eliminating the need for citizens to endure long queues by facilitating easy online access to essential services.
