QUETTA:Commissioner Quetta Division Asfand Yar Khan said in order to address traffic problems in Quetta, long term project is required to be followed. He said traffic problems have arisen owing to constant increase of population, hence, mid-term and long term projects for easing traffic congestion in the provincial capital is required to be followed.
These views were expressed by him while chairing a meeting held on Tuesday to brief him about traffic and other problems of the provincial capital. On the occasion, Deputy Commissioner, Quetta Aurangzeb Badini, SP Traffic Quetta Nazeer Ahmed Kurd, SP City Javed, Additional Commissioner, Noor Ahmed Mandokhaiol, Director Public Relations, Balochistan Shahzada Farhat Ahmedzai and other concerned authorities were also present.
