Civil society in Nasirabad holds rally over martyrdom of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei

Members of civil society in Nasirabad have strongly condemned the action by the United States and Israel following reports of the martyrdom of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, calling it “open terrorism” and a violation of international law.

A protest rally was organized today by civil society, in which a large number of citizens and social activists marched from the Post Office to the Nasirabad Sachal Press Club. The participants chanted slogans against the American and Israeli actions and carried placards and banners.

Addressing the gathering, speakers Riaz Phulpoto, Afaq Soomro, and Kazim Raza Joyo described the death of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei as “a great tragedy for the entire Muslim world.” They emphasized that the attack on Iran’s sovereignty and the targeting of its leadership is illegal and tantamount to terrorism.

The leaders added that these actions have created serious threats to the stability of the region and demanded immediate intervention from the international community.

Demanding an end to the aggression, the speakers stressed that a solution to conflicts should be sought through dialogue and diplomatic means.
