Deputy Prime Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar has departed today on an important two-day official visit to Shanghai, China, where he will represent Pakistan at the Global Artificial Intelligence Cooperation Organization meeting.
Pakistan’s participation as a founding member highlights its commitment to promoting artificial intelligence at the global level. During his visit, Dar will sign an important agreement, which will further strengthen this commitment.
According to the schedule, the Deputy Prime Minister will also participate in the Global Artificial Intelligence Conference. Here, his aim is to foster cooperation with various leaders and improve the governance framework in the realm of artificial intelligence at the international level.
This visit is being seen not only as a significant step to strengthen bilateral relations with China but also important for presenting Pakistan as an active participant in the global AI landscape.
