Karachi, October 10, 2018 (PPI-OT): Sindh Minister for Women Development Syeda Shehla Raza has said that we are working on practical lines to empower the women at every level. This she said while talking to Head of Paxi Pink Taxi Service Shaikh Zahid Hussain, who met at her office today.
Syeda Shehla Raza has further said that the Women Development Department is being reactivated with various positive steps to protect, safe the women at all levels. She further said that to provide health, education and basic needs to the women through reactivated development projects.
The Minister Women Development has appreciated the services only for the women and discussed the various modalities to support women through Government of Sindh and department as well. She said that she would take up and make a proposal for women.
Dr. Xiagham and Mazhar Abbas of Pakistan Media, Culture and Literary Trust also called on the Minister for Women Development at her office. They discussed the various projects in health and technological skills to the women. They offered that to the health centres, whenever required and support the Women Development Department.
Syeda Shehla Raza has also appreciated the endeavours of PPMCLT, has assured that the Women Development Department Government of Sindh will work under the endeavour to empower the women and in this regard all stake holders would be taken into confidence, she added.
