Barkhan district may experience partly cloudy skies. The forecast for the following 48 hours predicts similar arid conditions with potential dust storms and strong gusts extending to Noshki district.
Temperatures soared across the region over the last day. Sibi and Dalbandin tied for the highest temperature at 46.5°C (115.7°F), followed closely by Nokkundi at 46°C (114.8°F). Coastal areas like Gwadar and Jiwani offered slight relief, with temperatures reaching 35°C (95°F) and 33°C (91.4°F) respectively. Quetta experienced varying temperatures, with the city center reaching 38.5°C (101.3°F) while the surrounding areas of Samungli, Sariab, and Brewery recorded marginally lower temperatures. Other notable high temperatures included Turbat at 45°C (113°F), Zhob at 42°C (107.6°F), and Khuzdar at 41°C (105.8°F). Nighttime lows provided some respite, with Panjgur experiencing the most significant drop to 18°C (64.4°F).
