Economic reforms in Pakistan have restored the confidence of global organizations and investors, as indicated by reports from the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Dun and Bradstreet, Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OICCI), and Asian Development Bank.

According to an official report released today, the IMF has praised Pakistan’s improved economic strategies, which have been cited as a cause of the nation’s financial environment’s stability. Similarly, rating agencies like Moody’s, Fitch Ratings, and Sand P Global have recognized the increasing stability and future reliability of Pakistan’s economic framework.

The Asian Development Bank has also highlighted this, declaring the country’s economic path positive and its reforms as significant progress.

A survey conducted by Dun and Bradstreet shows that consumer confidence in Pakistan has reached its highest level since 2022, indicating a renewal of public confidence in the economic direction.

Furthermore, a report by the Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OICCI) states that 73% of its members now consider Pakistan a more attractive investment destination. A survey by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) also echoed this sentiment, showing a significant increase in business confidence, rising from 49% to 83%.

Experts say that the rise in business and investment confidence indicates the stability of Pakistan’s economy, highlighting the beneficial effects of recent reforms.
