Islamabad, December 20, 2019 (PPI-OT): Capital Development Authority (CDA) demolished several illegal constructions and encroachments in different parts of the city while several premises have also been sealed on violation of Building bye-laws during different operations conducted on Thursday.
The operations illegal constructions, encroachments and violation of building bye-laws was participated by the Enforcement Directorate, Islamabad Capital Administration, Islamabad Police, Building Control Directorate and other concerned formations.
Enforcement Directorate of the authority with the assistance of ICT Administration and Building Control Directorate sealed eight (08) plazas in River Garden Housing Society on violation of Building bye-laws and further warned the owners of these premises to refrain from carrying out any further unauthorized construction activity. Similarly, one (01) house in sector E-11/3 was sealed on violation of building by-laws.
Teams of Enforcement Directorate while conducting another operation in sector G-8 demolished three (03) illegally constructed rooms, one (01) tandoor, three (03) kabarkhana , several rams and other encroachments established illegally on the state land. During another operation conducted in Behka Syedaan sector F-11/4, dismantled several cattle ranches established illegally on the state land. Moreover, four (04) khurli, one (01) Veranda, one (01) chapper ranch and other encroachments were also demolished during another action taken in sector F-11 while encroachments were also removed from service road G-11 during another operation.
