The federal government has committed to allocating all available resources towards enhancing the skills and building the capacity of the nation’s youth, a move identified as a primary governmental objective.
The assurance was given by Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, who underscored that improving the educational capabilities of young people is a top priority for his administration.
His comments came during a meeting in the capital with Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan, the Chairman of the Prime Minister”s Youth Programme.
During the discussion, Mr Khan provided the prime minister with a comprehensive briefing on the progress of the Youth Programme, with particular emphasis on the government”s laptop distribution scheme and associated matters, according to a report by MOIB today.
Following the briefing, the prime minister conveyed his contentment with the various initiatives currently being implemented under the programme, which are aimed at the welfare and advancement of young people.
