Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations, Qazi Ali Raza has directed law enforcement officials in the federal capital to enhance their vigilance, with a special focus on intercepting unregistered and suspicious vehicles.
The directive was issued on Saturday during a direct inspection visit by the SSP to various security checkpoints and duty points established across the city, in a significant directive to prevent illegal activities.
During his visits, SSP Raza interacted with the police officers and personnel stationed at these locations, emphasizing the need for them to remain on high alert at all times as a primary measure to prevent crime.
He further ordered that all personnel keep a close watch on criminal elements active within their jurisdictions.
A key component of the instructions focused on the effective and thorough checking of all vehicles and motorcycles that appear suspicious or lack proper registration, a measure aimed at disrupting the movement of criminals and enhancing public safety.
