Imran will not return assembly after winning by-polls: Sh Rasheed

Faisalabad: Awami Muslim League Chief Sheikh Rasheed said that Imran Khan will win the by-election with a huge majority, but he will not return to assembly again.

In a press conference in Rawalpindi on Sunday, he said that there are thirteen parties collectively contesting against PTI chief Imran Khan, but they are unable to defeat Imran Khan. The Former interior minister said the countdown of the coalition government has begun and most of the rulers would flee to London or go to jail after quitting their offices. “The lives of people had been made ‘miserable’ due to the economic policies of the “incompetent” government, he added. He also predicted that the Supreme Court will give a good decision regarding NAB.

The head of Awami Muslim League Shaikh Rasheed said International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and the world have acknowledged that Pakistan’s nuclear assets are in safe hands. We are proud of being an atomic state, he added. Sheikh Rasheed further said that despite the installation of containers, a revolution will emerge from within this city. The situation is heading towards a blind alley, he hinted. He said the ‘political funeral’ of PDM was already out, and whosoever trying to extend a helping shoulder to this dying movement would only lose its dignity and honour.
