Inauguration of Ambassador Program at Ziauddin University Clifton, Students Included in Free and Prompt Resolution of Public Complaints

Provincial Mohtasib Sindh, Muhammad Sohail Rajput, recently inaugurated an Ambassador Program at Ziauddin University Clifton, aimed at familiarizing students with the office’s crucial role in the free and prompt resolution of public complaints against government departments.

In a statement officially released today,

Mr. Rajput highlighted the key role of the Provincial Mohtasib’s office as a vital hub for resolving citizens’ complaints promptly and free of cost, especially those related to government institutions. He described students as the “bright future” of the nation, pointing out their connection with modernity and active participation in social media, which he deemed useful for public service.

The Provincial Mohtasib further added that social services receive considerable recognition in developed countries, presenting the ambassadorial experience in his institution as a significant asset for students’ future professional paths.

In a significant development, Ziauddin University’s Vice Chancellor, Muhammad Ali Shaikh, offered to replicate this Ambassador Program across all university campuses, demonstrating strong institutional support for the initiative. Mr. Shaikh, who previously served as Director General of the Provincial Mohtasib Sindh, praised Mr. Rajput’s leadership and called the office’s ongoing modernization a “revolutionary step” for public service.

Other prominent personalities who addressed the gathering included Registrar Masood Ishrat, Advisor Rehana G. Ali Memon, and Dean Faculty of Law, Policies, and Governance Shaista Sarki. During an interactive Qand A session, Provincial Mohtasib Muhammad Sohail Rajput provided comprehensive and satisfactory answers to the students’ questions.

The event concluded with the exchange of commemorative shields between the Provincial Mohtasib Sindh and Ziauddin University, symbolizing emerging cooperation.
