Islamabad Police announced the arrest of 13 individuals suspected of various criminal offenses.

The operation, conducted by teams from the Shalimar, Noon, Khanna, Sihala, and Humak police stations, led to the recovery of 1783 grams of heroin, 127 grams of ice, and three pistols with ammunition.

Police teams also apprehended five proclaimed offenders and absconders during a special campaign. Legal proceedings have been initiated against the suspects, with further investigations underway.

Inspector General of Police Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi emphasized the ongoing efforts to maintain peace in the capital, highlighting the commitment to safeguarding residents’ lives and property. The public is encouraged to report suspicious activities via the “Pucar-15” emergency helpline to aid in crime prevention.
