The Sukkur National Press Club held a significant meeting with civic leaders and local stakeholders on Wednesday to ensure the success of the upcoming Sindh Festival. The session was presided over by Sukkur National Press Club founder Imdad Phulpoto and various committees were launched for the event’s success.
The meeting was attended by key figures including Sukkur Union of Journalists President Parvez Khan, Sukkur National Press Club President Abdul Rauf Abbasi, and General Secretary Rashid Raza. Other notable participants included Deputy Mayor Sukkur Dr. Arshad Mughal, Shabir Ahmed Memon of Bait-ul-Mal, Khurshid Mirani of Muslim League-Nawaz, and Rizwan Qadri of Sunni Tehreek.
The festival’s slogan “One Sindh, One Voice” was presented. On December 6, a Sufi gathering, a Sughar conference, and a fireworks display will also be held at the Sukkur National Press Club. The event will feature performances by famous artists from Sindh and presentations by students aimed at improving the region’s educational infrastructure. All relevant parties pledged their commitment to the festival’s success.
