Preparations for the conference of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI), focusing on the protection of religious schools and public rights, were finalized today. This event will be held in Phool Nagar on Sunday, where JUI chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman is expected to deliver a key policy statement which will be significant regarding religious education, civil liberties, and the current political landscape.
Considering the large number of participants, a fully prepared venue, including the stage and sound system, has been arranged. Volunteers of Ansar-ul-Islam have been assigned various responsibilities to ensure security and reception protocol.
Caravans of workers and delegations from all over Punjab are continuously arriving, indicating widespread interest in the conference. This gathering will host district and provincial leaders as well as prominent scholars and party members.
In addition to Maulana Fazlur Rehman, several key speakers, including Muhammad Aslam Ghori, Allama Rasheed Mehmood Soomro, Maulana Asad Mehmood, Senator Maulana Atta-ur-Rehman, Syed Agha Mehmood Shah, and Hafiz Naseer Ahrar, will address the participants.
