Justice Ejaz Swati Takes Oath as BHC’s Acting Chief Justice

Justice Ejaz Swati was sworn in as the acting Chief Justice of the Balochistan High Court on Friday at a ceremony held at Governor’s House, Quetta.

He was appointed to the position after Chief Justice Hashim Kakar was elevated to the Supreme Court as a judge.

Balochistan Governor Sheikh Jaffar Khan Mandokhail administered the oath to Justice Swati. The event was attended by Judges of the Balochistan High Court, the Registrar, and members of the legal fraternity.
