Karachi Blind Murder of Sixteen-Year-Old Girl in Kemari Solved Former Fiancé Arrested

Kemari South Zone Police today arrested the main suspect in the sensational murder case of a 16-year-old girl, Armesh, whose body was found in an apartment earlier this year.

Armesh’s death, initially a mystery, took a dramatic turn on March 4 when her body was found hanging in her residence. The deceased, who was living with her mother after her father’s death, was reported to have been strangled. Her mother filed a complaint against unknown individuals, prompting the investigation.

The investigation team, led by Inspector Zubair Nawaz SIO, used advanced forensic tools and complete scientific methods to identify the culprit. The accused, Faizan, son of Muhammad Ishaq, has been arrested. He is not only a close relative but also the former fiancé of the deceased.

Preliminary results indicate that Faizan was resentful after the dissolution of their engagement, especially when Armesh got engaged to someone else. On the day of the incident, when Armesh’s mother was at work, Faizan allegedly entered their apartment and strangled her following an assault.

Both the accused and the deceased lived in the same building, with Faizan residing one floor above. In a planned move to avoid suspicion, Faizan actively participated in the police’s search efforts for suspects after the murder.

Authorities have revealed that Faizan is being presented in court for physical remand.
