New York, August 17, 2019 (PPI-OT): China says issue of Jammu and Kashmir is internationally recognized dispute which should be resolved according to the UN Charter. This was stated by China’s representative at the United Nations while talking to newsmen in New York after the meeting of UN Security Council on the Kashmir dispute.
He said India’s unilateral step of changing special status of occupied Kashmir has aggravated the situation in the region. The ambassador urged Pakistan and India to resolve the dispute peacefully.
