Chief Justice Aminuddin Khan’s participation in the XIV St. Petersburg International Legal Forum underscores Pakistan’s commitment to international legal cooperation and dialogue.

As the Chief Justice of the Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan, Justice Khan engaged in high-level dialogues with international jurists and authorities on important topics such as constitutional and judicial independence, according to an official statement issued today. These discussions are important for strengthening democratic institutions and promoting international legal cooperation.

During the forum, Justice Khan conducted significant bilateral meetings with notable figures, including Trkiye”s Minister of Justice, Mr. Akn Grlek; Tajikistan”s Chief Justice, Mr. Rustam Pirakhmadovich Mirzozoda; and Senator Vladimir Chizhov, head of the Russia-Pakistan Friendship Group. The presence of Pakistan”s Ambassador to Russia, Mr. Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, highlighted the importance of these engagements.

These meetings focused on enhancing judicial cooperation, fostering institutional collaboration, and promoting the exchange of legal expertise.
