LARKANA: An unknown man was found dead from an empty plot located near Circuit House in Larkana on Sunday.

Police said that the body, which was old, was shifted to Chandka Hospital for medico-legal formalities and later handed over to Edhi Foundation for last rites who buried it at Dodai graveyard as unknown.

In another incident, a brother was killed and another injured by a speeding vehicle on Areeja Road on Sunday. The area people shifted them to Chandka Medical College Hospital Emergency Department where they were identified as 18-year Asghar and 5-year Sadam, sons of Shahzado Shaikh.

Doctors confirmed the death of Asghar Shaikh and said that the treatment of his brother was underway. Their mother, Naziran Shaikh, said that they are residents of Garhi Shaikh village, and added that a vehicle distributing ration hit the bike of her sons when it was going from Dokri to Larkana due to which both were critically injured.
