LAHORE: A man shot dead his uncle and cousin in Shadbagh area of Lahore on Wednesday.
According to the police, Adnan opened fire on 50-year-old Khizar and his 22-year-old son Hamza in Shadbagh area of Lahore. As a result, they suffered severe bullet injuries and died.
The police rushed to the scene on information. Their bodies were shifted to a local hospital for medico-legal formalities and later handed over to the heirs. A mourning atmosphere prevailed in the locality.
Operations Wing spokesman said a heavy contingent of police reached the crime scene and started further probe into it. Taking notice of the incident, DIG Operations Dr. Abid Khan has ordered the SP City to ensure immediate arrest of the culprit. “The victim family will be provide justice,” he expressed the resolve.
