NAUNDEROHI:The dead body of martyred policeman Kishore Kumar reached Garibabad Muhalla here on Wednesday who embraced martyrdom during ongoing operation against hardened bandits in Ghotki wherein another constable Aziz Mirani was injured who was also resident of the same locality. He was presented with a police salute at Naundero police station which was also attended by SSP Dr. Muhammad Imran., DSP Fida Langah, SHO Shahid Memon. His heirs were crying when his body reached his home as very touching scenes were witnessed.

SSP Muhammad Imran while paying tribute to the martyred constable Kishore Kumar said that the operation against bandits in the slums of Sindh is ongoing and the Sindh government and IGP Sindh are fully supporting the operation. Regarding the operation, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah and IGP Sindh Ghulam Nabi Memon have held meetings with the officials. IGP Sindh stayed here for four days and supervised the operation himself and also took complete information about the operation. Financial and physical resources are provided for the operation on a priority basis.

He said that bandits are also killed during the operation and martyrdoms of the police are also done there. The duty of the police is to protect the life and property of the citizens and they are performing their duty well, he said. The martyrdoms of the police during the operation are a great honor for the police. Martyrdoms are also a part of our duty and by such martyrdoms our morale is even higher and despite this the police continue its duty. We are with the family of the martyred officer Kishore Kumar in every sorrow and they do not consider themselves alone, the police is with them all the time.

The operation is going on in Punjab in addition to the police, the law enforcement agencies are also participating in the operation against the bandits and this operation will continue until the area is completely cleared from the hardened and notorious bandits. After police saluting there, the dead body of the martyred official was taken to the Ghirghal Shah Cemetery where he was buried. It should be noted that the martyred Kishore Kumar was recruited as a constable in the police department in 2009. He was called for an operation against bandits in Ghotki riverine area three months ago, where he was martyred while performing his duties.
