Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue, Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb, and the UK’s Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for the Middle East, North Africa, Afghanistan, and Pakistan, Hamesh Falkner MP, met today in Islamabad to review ways to enhance economic cooperation between Pakistan and the UK.
The dialogue included the participation of the British High Commissioner to Pakistan, Jane Marriott, and senior representatives from both countries, discussing Pakistan’s economic situation, its reform measures, and strategies to promote sustainable development.
