KARACHI:Sindh chief minister Murad Ali Shah has said that he wants to extend the ongoing lockdown for one more week. Talking to journalists on Thursday, he said the Sindh government wants to extend the lock down by one week after April 14, adding however, decision in this regard would be taken by the cabinet. He said all provinces should be taken uniform steps in this regard.
He said shopping malls and markets would not be opened suddenly. He said SOPs are being formed for every sector including industries. He said industries if allowed to open would have to run with minimum number of workers. He said if construction sector is opened coronavirus may spread further. He suggested the federal government to extend the lockdown for one more week.
