Pakistan and Belarus Commit to Strengthening Bilateral Relations

Islamabad: Pakistan and Belarus have pledged to enhance their bilateral ties, focusing on mutually beneficial cooperation, during a meeting between Deputy Prime Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar and Belarusian Foreign Minister Maxim Ryzhenkov. The discussions, held in Islamabad, highlighted the ongoing momentum in diplomatic exchanges and high-level visits, with both sides hopeful that an upcoming visit by Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko will further enhance their relationship.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the meeting also addressed significant regional and global issues, such as the situation in the Middle East. Both countries expressed their support for peaceful conflict resolution and stressed the importance of a coordinated effort to address the humanitarian crisis in Gaza. Additionally, they underscored the necessity of increased collaboration in international and regional organizations to advance their mutual interests and tackle global challenges jointly.
