Pakistan’s relationship with Iran has been described as a “deep-rooted and heartfelt bond” that transcends traditional diplomacy, as both nations signal a strong desire to establish long-term trade relations.
The remarks came from Minister for Communications Abdul Aleem Khan while addressing a luncheon ceremony hosted in the capital by the Ambassador of Iran in Pakistan, Dr Reza Amiri Moghaddam, according to a report by MOIB today.
Minister Khan characterized the Pak-Iran ties as a connection that goes beyond conventional diplomatic protocols, emphasizing the profound nature of the alliance between the two neighboring countries.
Echoing the cooperative spirit, the Iranian Ambassador expressed his nation”s keen interest in solidifying economic cooperation. Dr Moghaddam articulated Tehran”s ambition for a durable and lasting commercial partnership with Pakistan.
