Pakistan Condemns Israel’s ‘Grave Violation’ of Gaza Peace Accord Amid Fresh Attacks

Pakistan today issued a strong denunciation of renewed attacks by Israeli occupying forces in Gaza, which have resulted in the tragic loss of numerous civilian lives and shattered a major peace agreement.

In a formal statement released on Wednesday, the Foreign Office declared that such aggressive actions directly contradict the spirit of the peace accord signed in Sharm El-Sheikh. The ministry highlighted that the agreement was witnessed by prominent leadership from the Muslim and Arab world, as well as representatives from the United States, Europe, and the United Nations.

Islamabad has appealed to the global community to take swift and decisive measures to halt these infringements. The government is demanding the full implementation of the ceasefire and the guaranteed protection of Palestinian civilians from ongoing hostilities.

Reaffirming its steadfast support for the Palestinian cause, Pakistan called for an immediate cessation of Israeli military operations. The statement also restated the nation”s principled stance, advocating for the establishment of an independent, sovereign, and viable State of Palestine based on pre-June 1967 borders, with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its designated capital.
