Pakistan Marks Kashmir Day to Call for Right to Self-Determination

Pakistan observed Kashmir Solidarity Day today, an annual event intended to draw the international community”s attention to the situation in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir and to express support for the population”s struggle for the right to self-determination.

A series of commemorative activities are being organised across the nation and in Azad Jammu and Kashmir to mark the day.

Planned events include solidarity walks, seminars, and exhibitions designed to highlight the cause.

Furthermore, a nationwide one-minute silence will be observed at 10:00 AM as a tribute to the martyrs of what is termed the Kashmir freedom movement.
