Islamabad, September 02, 2020 (PPI-OT): Pakistan Navy continues rescue and relief operation in rain-affected areas of Karachi. According to spokesperson for Pakistan Navy, the emergency response teams of Pakistan Navy have shifted stranded people in different parts of Karachi to safe areas, and also provided them medical aid.
He said cooked food and clean drinking water were also provided to thousands of people in Yousaf Goth, Surjani Town, Nazim Abad and other affected areas. The Spokesperson said aerial reconnaissance was also carried out in different areas for better measures during the relief operation.
