Pakistani Currency Market Sees Fluctuations Against Major Currencies

Karachi: The Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan has released the latest foreign exchange rates, revealing fluctuations in the value of the Pakistani Rupee against major global currencies. The updated rates reflect both selling and buying prices for the US dollar, Euro, British Pound, Japanese Yen, UAE Dirham, and Saudi Riyal in the open market.

According to Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan, the buying rate for the US dollar stands at 279.41, while the selling rate is 280.32. The Euro is being bought at 321.10 and sold at 324.80. The British Pound is observed with a buying rate of 371.60 and a selling rate of 375.73. Meanwhile, the Japanese Yen shows a buying price of 1.73 and a selling price of 1.80. The UAE Dirham is recorded with a buying rate of 75.82 and a selling rate of 76.75. Lastly, the Saudi Riyal has a buying rate of 73.86 and a selling rate of 74.82.

In the interbank market, the US dollar buying rate is noted at 279.25, with a selling rate of 279.45. These rates are subject to market conditions and can vary based on demand and supply dynamics in the currency exchange market.
