Pakistan’s Prime Minister Prioritizes Balochistan Development and Education


Islamabad, In a significant meeting today, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif reaffirmed the federal government’s commitment to the development of Balochistan, emphasizing it as a top priority. The discussion took place during a session with Balochistan’s Chief Minister Sarfaraz Bugti, focusing on the province’s critical issues and developmental strategies.



According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the Prime Minister outlined several key initiatives aimed at enhancing the economic and educational landscape of Balochistan. Central to the government’s efforts is the optimal utilization of the province’s rich mineral resources to spur further development. This approach aligns with broader federal strategies to boost regional economies.



Prime Minister Sharif also highlighted plans to extend the scope of the Danish School system to Balochistan, a move designed to elevate the educational opportunities available to young people in the province. He expressed the federal government’s resolve to support the provincial government in promoting education and ensuring that Balochistan’s talented human resource base receives equal development and employment opportunities.



Moreover, the Prime Minister expressed his condolences for the damage caused by recent rains in Balochistan and assured continued support for the rehabilitation of affected populations.
