Pakistan’s Successful Strike on Bagram Airbase Confirmed by US Media

The New York Times has verified the success of a recent Pakistani military offensive, Operation Ghazab Lil-Haq, which culminated in a successful strike on Afghanistan’s strategically important Bagram Airbase.

According to the American news outlet report today, the attack resulted in the demolition of an aircraft hangar and two warehouses located at the airbase. The report noted that corroborating satellite imagery showing the extent of the destruction has also surfaced.

The strike on Bagram is part of a wider aerial campaign. The newspaper stated that Pakistan has conducted more than fifty aerial attacks against military installations inside Afghanistan over the past week.
