Pakistan’s Ambassador to France Mumtaz Zahra Baloch has asserted that the true vitality of bilateral relationships stems not from government frameworks but from the active engagement of people, including professionals, academics, and civil society leaders.

Baloch delivered the remarks during an address to the Association of Pakistani Francophone Professionals at an event organised at the Pakistani Embassy, according to an official report on Sunday.

The ambassador outlined the diverse and complex connections between Pakistan and France, noting that these ties also extend into the wider francophone world.

In her speech, she commended the work of the Association of Pakistani Francophone Professionals (PPRF), acknowledging its significant contribution to fostering professional networking opportunities and cultural exchanges between French society and Pakistanis fluent in the language.
