In a display of exceptional military prowess, the Pakistan Army has clinched a gold medal at the highly demanding Exercise Cambrian Patrol – 2025 in Wales, United Kingdom, distinguishing itself among 137 teams from 36 nations.
According to Inter Services Public Relations’ report today, the Cambrian Patrol, celebrating its 66th year, is renowned as one of the world’s most arduous military challenges. The international event tests the endurance and tactical skills of participants, who are required to navigate a grueling 60-kilometer course through inhospitable terrain in under 48 hours.
During the patrol, teams must complete a series of specialized tasks designed to simulate a contested operational environment, pushing their professional capabilities to the limit.
The Pakistani contingent, under the command of Captain Muhammad Saad, demonstrated superior performance throughout the strenuous exercise. Their achievement places them at the pinnacle of this year”s international military contest, which saw a large field of global participants.
The victory at the international event underscores the high standards of training and professionalism within the Pakistan Army, marking a significant recognition of the force”s capabilities on a global stage.
