President Asif Ali Zardari has praised the security forces for their operation in North Waziristan, in which 17 terrorists were killed. He commended the bravery of the forces in combating terrorism and reaffirmed the commitment to continue actions until the complete elimination of terrorist elements.
The President stated that successful operations against terrorism reflect the professional expertise of Pakistan’s security forces. He further added that the country’s defensive capabilities and resolve to eliminate terrorism will remain unwavering.
In a statement issued by the Presidency, the President emphasized the need to maintain national resolve for the complete eradication of terrorist elements. He termed the recent operation by the security forces as another significant development following the major success achieved the previous day.
