During a meeting with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian in Islamabad, both leaders confirmed their commitment to regional peace and emphasized the importance of dialogue and diplomacy in resolving outstanding issues.
The Prime Minister expressed today that both nations are committed to enhancing Pakistan-Iran relations, aimed at expanding cooperation in various fields of mutual interest.
He paid tribute to Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Syed Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei and praised his wise and insightful leadership.
Additionally, Shehbaz Sharif thanked Iran’s leadership for their unwavering confidence in Pakistan, considering Pakistan as a true friend, neighbor, and mediator.
