PTI leader flays ‘deceptive slogans of bread, clothing, shelter’

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader and former MPA Musarrat Jamshed Cheema said today that if the Pakistan Muslim League (N) and the Pakistan People’s Party, which have been in power for decades, simply stop their corruption, Pakistan’s economy will take off.

In a statement, she stated that neither inflation would decrease nor the people’s hunger would overcome by the claims of fake rulers, as the purchasing power of the people had eroded due to the lack of income sources and inflation.

Musarrat said that the Pakistan Peoples Party and PML-N had a habit of making lofty claims, projects, and plans for the promotion of their rule, but in their every era, the country had weakened, and the people had been subjected to severe exploitation.

She mentioned that even before the “Uraan Pakistan Program,” the people were given lollipops in the name of improving their condition and economic development. The PTI leader questioned the ‘deceptive slogans of bread, clothing, shelter, and Asian Tiger’. She said: “Until the supremacy of the constitution and the law is established, Pakistan cannot embark on the path of true development. “Insha Allah, whenever PTI comes to power, they will not only improve the condition of the people but will also make the country truly prosperous,” she concluded.
