QUETTA: Bismillah Khan Achakzai, President, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Shaheen Unit Pushtunabad, has called on the authorities to remove dump of garbages and strewn stones from the main road of Akhtar Muhammad Jamia Masjid area Pushtunabad in Quetta city.
In a statement issued here on Friday, he said that the recent downpour not only destroyed several residential homes in the mentioned area but also turned main road of Akhtar Muhammad Jamia Masjid and its adjoining areas into dump garbage, creating thereby severe hardships for the residents of the area. He added that strewn stones lying in the area had blocked the way of tractors to supply pure drinking water to the residents of the area.
He called on Abdul Jabbar Baloch, Administrator, Quetta Metropolitan Corporation to get the dump of garbage removed from the main road of Akhtar Muhammad Jamia Masjid area of Pushtunabad, so that residents of the area might not confront hardships.
