Preparations for Sindh Culture Day are in full swing in Badin, a cultural rally will be held on Sunday in which journalists, political, social, academic, literary, business personalities, workers, and citizens will participate.
The purpose of this grand program, being held on the appeal of the Badin Press Club, Aiwan-e-Sahafat Badin, and other journalistic organizations, is to pay tribute to the centuries-old civilization of the region and to highlight the beauty of Sindhi traditions.
The procession will start from Allah Wala Chowk on Hyderabad Road, and it will conclude at the Badin Press Club and Aiwan-e-Sahafat Badin.
People from all walks of life, including political leaders, social workers, educationists, literary figures, lawyers, fishermen, traders, and students, are expected to participate in the march. Many participants, wearing traditional Sindhi ajrak, topi, and cultural attire, will join the procession in cars, on motorcycles, in rickshaws, and on foot.
Upon reaching the designated venue, the participants will attend a specially arranged cultural program. Officials of the organizing journalistic bodies, along with senior journalists, have strongly appealed to the citizens to participate in large numbers so they can express their love for their land and heritage.
